The Surge

The Surge is the story of how floods have changed our relationship with nature and with each other.

Water brings us prosperity and has also brought ruin. Humanity's need to live near rivers and seas makes floods recurrent and inescapable.

As sea levels rise and storms become more intense, our future depends on how we manage the challenge of water.
